And no, this isn’t just about branding or writing a better bio. This is about how you present your value, who you’re presenting it to, and what they believe they’re getting when they hire you.

Let's break down how to fix it:

1. Narrow Your Focus (It Attracts the Right People)

The more specific you are about who you serve and how you help, the more magnetic you become. Instead of “I’m a designer,” try:

“I help SaaS startups launch landing pages that convert.”

👉 Now that speaks to someone.

2. Reposition Yourself As the Guide (Not Just the Help)

You're not just a set of hands. You’re a trusted advisor. Use your content, case studies, and conversations to show your thinking, not just your deliverables.

👉 Clients pay more for leadership and insight.

3. Speak Your Client’s Language

Your ideal client isn’t searching for “brand strategy.” They’re saying things like, “I need to stand out,” or “Our messaging isn’t landing.” Use those words: In your website, your proposals, your emails.

👉Mirror their mindset — and they’ll trust you more.

This Week’s Challenge:

Look at your LinkedIn headline, website, or freelance profile. Is it clear what you do, who it’s for, and why it matters?
