If one of our most popular editions ("3 Offers Every Freelancer Should Have") taught us anything, it’s this: your success hinges on what you're offering and how you present it. So let’s go a level deeper.

This week, we're diving into the concept of your Offer Stack — the mix of services that, when combined and presented properly, feel like a no-brainer to your ideal client.

What Is an Offer Stack?

An “offer stack” is a layered approach to packaging your services that gives clients a clear path to entry (and more ways to say yes). It’s the freelance version of a sales funnel without the sleaze.

Here’s a simple and effective 3-part stack:

Entry Offer – A low-commitment, high-value service that solves a specific problem. Think: an audit, strategy session, or 1-day turnaround.

Core Offer – This is your main service. It’s where you deliver your core expertise and value. Web design, copywriting, social media management, SEO, etc.

Premium Offer – A high-ticket option for clients who want you in a deeper, more committed way. Retainers, consulting, fractional CMO, or coaching.

👉 Each of these offers should be tailored, branded, and positioned with care. Your stack not only helps increase your average revenue per client — it also meets people exactly where they are, reducing friction and hesitation.

Why This Works

  1. Multiple Entry Points – Different clients have different levels of readiness. Your offer stack catches them all.

  2. Scalable Revenue – Clients who start with your entry offer often move up your stack over time.

  3. Clear Differentiation – Most freelancers just sell their skills. This is a business model.

Take your current service list and turn it into an Offer Stack.

  • What's your irresistible, low-risk entry point?

  • What's your signature core offering?

  • What's your “wow” premium option?

👉 Write them down. Give them names. Make them visible on your website or proposal deck. You’ll be amazed at the clarity (and confidence) this creates.
